To create a high-end Home-stay in all the cooperation area with the combination of Taiwan and Yuhuan rhyme. It will be dotted to point to the surface, to form a certain size of the Home-stay industry group, to seize the characteristics of the Yangtze River Delta and high ground of high-end Home-stay. 1. The Home-stay Project of Jungang country of Chumen Town. It is located in the eastern part of Jungang country of Chumen Town. Its planning area is 1403 acres, it contains three reservoirs, the Gusha Jili temple of Song Dynasty, Buddha Temple and an ancient village, Metasequoia forest, Black Dragon Pool and other original style which is better preserved. It is planned to build tourism projects such as provided for the aged, home-stay, camping and leisure entertainment. 2. The Home-stay Project of Kanmen Dongsha fishing village. Dongsha fishing village is on three sides of the sea, one side of the mountain. It is the national 3A-level scenic spots, it has the natural scenery and good ecological environment. It is the first batch of historical and cultural villages and the Key protection village of Zhejiang Province. The ancient buildings of the green walls are well preserved, and the buildings are mountainous and spectacular with the reputation of the sea at the Potala Palace. It is planned to build tourism projects such as provided for the aged, home-stay, camping and leisure entertainment. 3. The Stone Home-stay Project of Volcanic sites of Shifeng mountain. It is located in Damaiyu Street Shifeng Village. Shifeng Mountain volcano is the most well-preserved volcano site in East China. The environment here is very beautiful which is Surrounded by a hundred years old trees and the former is Camphor tree, after is hackberry. Walking in the mountains can appreciate the slow rural life. In the morning, bathe in the forest between the natural oxygen bar, see the picturesque intoxicating scenery. At night, can smell bursts of green grass incense coming outside the window and enjoy the tranquility of the nature. 4. The Home-stay Project of Baimaao of Ganjiang. It is located in the East China Sea coast, which is back to the East Phoenix Mountain. The beach length is 300 meters, when high tide, the wide of the beach is 7 meters, when low tides, it ups to 20 meters. The Sand here is fine, soft and with golden color, it has the reputation of "golden beach". On the back of the Phoenix Mountain there are many seaward ancient houses which has the great island residential characteristics. Zhejiang-Taiwan (Yuhuan) Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone was established on November 2, 2012 by Zhejiang Provincial People's Government. In April 2013, Zhejiang-Taiwan (Yuhuan) Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone Management Committee was established. The goal is to build cross-strait economic and trade cooperation, exchange and development. The Management Committee gives full play to the characteristics of direct flights to Taiwan to build the Yangtze River Delta integrated hub port as the starting point, and to build "cross-strait industrial integration demonstration area, cross-strait people to people connection demonstration area, cross-strait cooperation mechanism innovation demonstration Area".
